If your event is going ahead as planned then you’re all set, your tickets remain valid. You can check out which events have been cancelled or rescheduled on our information portal.
I’m worried about Coronavirus COVID-19. Can I make a claim through my ticket insurance?
If the event has been canceled, you cannot get a refund of the ticket price through the ticket insurance.
If you have a valid ticket insurance for an event that is not canceled, you can file a claim online.

What if my event is cancelled or rescheduled due to Coronavirus COVID-19?
If your event has been cancelled, there’s nothing you need to do. We’ll get in touch with you directly with more information.
If your event has been rescheduled, we are working with the event organiser to identify new dates and we will contact you as soon as we have confirmation and more information this.

What should I do if I have changed payment card but NOT bank?
If you have gotten a new credit card since your purchase on Ticketmaster.dk but still have the same bank, your tickets will be refunded to the bank account linked to both cards.
So it doesn’t matter that you have got a new credit card.
What should I do if I HAVE changed bank?
If you have changed bank you must contact the previous bank and ask them for the original 4 digits from the payment card used for the purchase.
This information must be sent to us together with the reg. and account number for the new bank account. Contact us.
What are the last 4 digits from an expired card used for?
For your information we need the information about these digits to verify that you are the initial buyer of the tickets and therefore entitled to a refund or exchange of the tickets.
What if I can’t remember or find the last 4 digits from the card used for the purchase?
If you have gotten a new credit card since your purchase on Ticketmaster, we advise you to find the original 4 digits via your online banking, or by contacting your bank who will most likely be able to give you this information.
