Transferring Tickets is done by following the steps below, in the order they are listed.
If you have purchased tickets for a Ticketmaster event, but you want to transfer your tickets to a different buyer, you must do the following:
1. The original ticket purchaser (fan) should call the Ticketmaster Servicecenter at +45 70 15 65 65 or fill out this form online. Then, the ticket buyer must verify that he/she is the rightful owner of the tickets by stating the last four digits of the card that was originally used when purchasing the tickets, as well as the order number. The ticket buyer should also provide information about the fan receiving the tickets - name and phone number.
2.When the first step is completed, the fan receiving the tickets should call the Ticketmaster Servicecenter at +45 70 15 65 65 to provide payment information. It is important that the call is made from the telephone number given to Ticketmaster by the original buyer. The tickets must be paid with a credit/debit card when contacting Ticketmaster Servicecenter.
3. If all parties meet the above requirements, Ticketmaster Danmark will refund face value of the ticket to the original buyer and sell the ticket again to the fan receiving the tickets.
What is the required information for transferring tickets?
When transferring tickets to a different fan, you must provide phone number and name for the person receiving the tickets.
If you wish to transfer someone else’s tickets, you must be able to provide the full name of the original buyer, and the last four digits of the credit card used to originally purchase the tickets.
The original owner of the tickets will be responsible to ensure a successful transfer.
Please note that service charges are not refunded when tickets are transferred.
When transferring tickets, it is always done at current prices. If an event has had an increase in price, the current price will have to be paid at the time of ticket transfer.
Note that tickets purchased via Ticketmaster Mikrobetaling, Verve Ambassador, Roskilde Festival Smart Ticket or Flex-tickets are not covered and those tickets cannot be transferred.
A new barcode will be issued when tickets are transferred.
