As a service, for most events, Ticketmaster Danmark will be able to issue replacement tickets, if your tickets have been lost in the mail, or damaged in transit. Please contact our Service center at +45 70 15 65 65 if you need replacement tickets. The price for this service is the service charge per ticket and 50 DKK in administrative fees. When we issue replacement tickets, the original tickets are voided. When replacement tickets have been printed it is not possible to withdraw from the order.
