Can I cancel my order?

A ticket purchase is binding, but as part of our Fan Guarantee it is possible to get a refund with 24 hours, after placing the order. This is only possible by filling out the Fan Guarantee form here. It is not possible to refund tickets if there are less than 14 days to the event. You can read more about the terms of purchase here.
