How do I purchase ticket insurance?
If available for your event, the option to purchase insurance will be offered to you at the time you book your tickets.
I have a general enquiry, or an enquiry regarding a claim (e.g. 'I would like to make a claim' or 'I submitted my claim a number of days ago, have you received it?'). Who should I contact?
If you have a valid ticket insurance you can file a claim online or contact: claims.awpeurope@allianz.com. All claims and information services provided are online only.
I have an inquiry regarding my insurance purchase (e.g. 'can I make an amendment to the event/date I am covered for' or 'does my policy cover me for xxx?')
