Accessibility & Companion Tickets
At Ticketmaster, we work closely with organizers and venues to ensure the best possible experience — from ticket purchase to the end of the event.
Wheelchair Tickets
Wheelchair tickets are offered depending on the individual event and generally include one companion ticket. The ticket is therefore valid for two people.
These tickets are reserved for guests who require wheelchair-accessible seating. Misuse may result in cancellation of the order or refusal of entry.
Companions must present a valid companion card upon entry.
Other Accessibility Needs
For guests with other accessibility needs, companion tickets — if offered by the organizer — can be purchased together with a standard ticket in the same order.
Companions must present a valid companion card upon entry.
How to Purchase Tickets
For events with standing admission or unreserved seating, tickets can be purchased directly via ticketmaster.dk.
The ticket selection shown on the event page reflects what the organizer has made available for sale — including any accessible wheelchair spaces.
If wheelchair tickets are not displayed, this means that they are either not available or sold out for that event. We therefore recommend always checking the event page for updated information.
Please note that not all events offer companion tickets. In such cases, wheelchair users must still hold a valid wheelchair ticket for registration purposes and to comply with applicable authority requirements, including fire safety regulations.
Special conditions may apply and will be stated under “Info” on the individual event page.
