When can I get my order refunded?

Purchased tickets are as a general rule not refunded. Tickets can only be refunded in the event of a cancellation. In such a case, tickets are refunded to the person who originally purchased the tickets.

If the event of a cancellation: if tickets have been paid by credit card on Ticketmaster.dk or by phone, the amount will automatically be refunded to your bank account. 

If your tickets have been paid fully or partially with a gift card, please contact us by filling out the form under the "submit a request" link, and make sure you provide us with your bank information (registration number and account number) as well as your order number.

If you have purchased your tickets from a Ticketmaster Danmark outlet, you can get the tickets refunded at a Ticketmaster Danmark outlet or by sending your tickets and bank information to us in the mail:

We will then refund the price of the tickets.
