This is not possible – our Gift Cards are normally valid for 12 months. Please remember to check your cards expiry date and use your card before it expires.
After your gift card has expired (the validity period), for a period of up to one year, you can request to have any left over value from the gift card paid out at the nominal value. Please send the gift card number, PIN code and your bank details to: kundeservice@ticketmaster.dk
