1. General provisions regarding ticket purchases
1.1 Ticket validity
When purchasing tickets for events where Live Nation is the organizer, you also accept that you are bound by the event-specific terms and conditions below. See other purchase terms and conditions here.
Admission to Live Nation events (concerts, shows, etc.) requires presentation of a valid ticket.
Live Nation does not guarantee the validity of tickets purchased outside official sales channels and points of sale.
1.2 Quantity limit
A quantity limit always applies when purchasing tickets for Live Nation events. This means that a maximum of 10 tickets may be purchased per individual/legal entity.
The limit is set at the request of the artist(s) and may therefore in some cases be less than 10.
Accordingly, larger quantities of tickets per individual/legal entity may only be purchased by contacting Live Nation directly.
2. Terms and conditions for Live Nation events (concerts, shows, etc.)
2.1 Smoking
Smoking is prohibited at all indoor events, pursuant to Section 18(1) of the Danish Act on Smoking. (Act No. 512 of June 6, 2007). We therefore kindly ask all our guests to respect this prohibition to ensure that everyone has the best possible experience.
In order to comply with our obligations as the organizer, pursuant to Section 23(1) of the Danish Act on Smoking, we have taken a number of precautions to ensure compliance with the smoking ban. This is done, among other things, through these terms and conditions and the conditions printed on the ticket, which make all ticket holders aware of their obligation to respect the smoking ban.
Please note that, generally, it will not be possible to leave the event to smoke and then re-enter. However, some venues will have designated smoking areas. Information about this may be obtained from staff immediately before and during the event itself.
Smoking rules for outdoor shows
Special smoking rules may apply at certain outdoor events, including, for example, Parken when the roof is open. Guests must familiarize themselves with the applicable rules on the venue’s website or through signage on the day of the event. Violations of the smoking rules may result in removal without a ticket refund.
2.2 Lighting and sound
The band/artist and their team are solely responsible for all props, equipment, lighting, sound, etc. This is to ensure the artistic expression. The sound is therefore regulated exclusively by their technicians, and as the organizer, we have no influence over it.
As the organizer, Live Nation does everything possible to ensure our customers have the best possible experience at all events. However, in rare cases, problems may arise with either the lighting or sound.
Our staff does everything possible to remedy any problems, and we strive to provide the best possible technical conditions, including sound levels.
Screen production is not guaranteed at all shows and may vary from event to event.
2.3 Visibility and layout
In rare cases, a few seats at certain venues may have limited visibility due to the specific layout and construction of the venue. If this is the case, it will generally be stated on the ticket.
Limited visibility may also, in rare cases, occur in connection with the set design, equipment, and effects used for the event. Live Nation is not responsible for this.
If, contrary to expectations, our guests experience visibility that is so limited or obstructed as a result of the above that it materially detracts from the experience, another seat may be assigned upon contacting staff during the show. However, it is emphasized that our events should be regarded as complete experiences, and that at some events held at larger venues, guests cannot always expect to have a full view of all stages, screens, etc.
In rare cases, relocation may occur. If this happens, the new seats will be in at least the same price category as the original ticket.
2.4 Nature of the event: “Live performance”
Since all our events may be characterized as “live performances” with a very short lifespan, we ask our customers always to contact our staff in the event of any problems that may arise during the event itself. Without being contacted, our staff cannot be expected to intervene or attempt to resolve any problems on their own. The venues will often be large, and it is therefore not always possible to maintain an overview of everything that is happening.
In cases where we are not made aware of any problems until after the event has ended, we are unable to remedy the problem in accordance with our right to remedy under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Tickets will therefore not be refunded as a result of problems that could have been remedied before or during the event itself.
3. Ticket exchanges and refunds
3.1 Exchanges
Purchased tickets may be exchanged as long as seats are available. Tickets may be exchanged for other tickets within the same ticket category, or for other categories upon payment of any price difference. Tickets may also be exchanged for accessible seating, provided that more seats are still available.
3.2 Refunds
Live Nation reserves the right to replace the ticket with a comparable artist/event. Changes to the repertoire, date, schedule, or partial completion of an event do not constitute a cancellation, and the ticket price will therefore generally not be refunded.
We reserve the right to temporarily pause, postpone, or ultimately cancel parts of the program in the event of severe weather at outdoor events. Tickets will not be refunded in the event of bad weather during outdoor events.
3.3 Please note
Live Nation festivals are one combined event and not a single concert. Tickets therefore cannot be refunded in the event of cancellations involving individual artists. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the music program.
4. Transferability and commercial use of tickets
4.1 Prohibition against resale and use for commercial purposes
It is prohibited to transfer purchased tickets for commercial or other business purposes with the intention of making a profit, pursuant to Section 1(1) of the Danish Act on the Resale of Tickets for Cultural and Sporting Events (“ticket touting act”), (Act No. 458 of May 23, 2007).
Violations will result in the ticket(s) being canceled.
It should also be noted that violations of the prohibition are subject to criminal liability for individuals pursuant to Section 2(1) of the ticket touting act and for legal entities pursuant to Section 2(1), Chapter 5 of the Danish Criminal Code.
Live Nation will therefore report violations to the police without further notice and, if necessary, initiate civil proceedings before the ordinary courts where possible.
Tickets may not be used commercially for package sales (i.e., sold together with other goods or services), competitions, resale, or similar purposes, unless Live Nation or the Artist has granted specific permission to do so.

5. Purchasing a wheelchair ticket
Accessible and wheelchair seating can be purchased for most events. You can purchase these tickets by contacting Ticketmaster’s Service Center at tel. 38481633.
Please note that if you have a wheelchair ticket for an event, you must bring and sit in your own wheelchair. These seats are reserved for wheelchair users and therefore consist solely of an empty space—not a chair. If you purchase a wheelchair space without needing one and have not received an exemption directly from Live Nation, you will be removed and the ticket will be invalid.
Regarding rollators
It should be emphasized that, as a general rule, bringing a rollator to Live Nation events is not permitted.
Individuals who need to use a rollator must contact Live Nation support in advance to apply for an exemption. The application will be processed individually and assessed specifically in each case.
Please note that an exemption cannot be guaranteed and that the opportunity to obtain one may not be available at all shows.
6. Changes
Live Nation reserves the right to make ongoing changes to these terms and conditions as necessary. As the purchaser of our ticket(s), it is your own responsibility to stay up to date with our terms and conditions in connection with ticket purchases.
