If you’ve purchased a VIP ticket, then you may be able to resell it via resale.
If the VIP package was purchased as an add-on, in addition to selecting a standard ticket type, then you won’t be able to resell these at the moment.
Check to see if the “Sell” option is listed by your ticket in your account.
