About Fees

Ticketmaster Denmark operates by facilitating tickets between organizers (venues, cultural centers, theaters, promoters, etc.) and customers who want to purchase tickets.

Ticket fee
Tickets sold through Ticketmaster Denmark are subject to a ticket fee. As a general rule, the ticket fee will be between DKK 10 and 55 per ticket – depending, among other things, on the price of the event and the terms otherwise agreed with the individual organizer. The ticket fee is included in the price you see on ticketmaster.dk.

Platinum tickets are not subject to our standard fee. The fee rate for Platinum tickets is dynamic and therefore varies from event to event.

At some events, add-ons are offered in connection with the event itself. As a general rule, the fee will be between DKK 0 and 50 per add-on – depending, among other things, on the price of the add-on and the terms otherwise agreed with the individual organizer. This fee is included in the price you see on ticketmaster.dk.

For events where the organizer allows tickets to be exchanged, the applicable ticket fee at the time will be charged.

Delivery fees
1. eTicketFast – you print or download the ticket yourself, so there is no delivery fee for eTicketFast. 
2. Mobile Only the ticket is available in your profile and in the Ticketmaster app.

Administration fee (incl. VAT)
All transactions are subject to an administration fee of DKK 15 incl. VAT per transaction. The administration fee covers Ticketmaster’s average costs associated with handling your transaction. The amount is charged per transaction / per order, regardless of how many tickets are purchased and regardless of the payment method used.

Refund fee
All requests for refunds of tickets must be submitted via this form. Fees, shipping, and any other charges are non-refundable. In the event of a refund of a gift card, a fee of DKK 25 will be charged if the refund takes place during the gift card’s validity period.

Errors and omissions
Ticketmaster Denmark reserves the right to correct errors and omissions in prices and descriptions.
