Guide to entering your bank details manually (if you don't have a Danish bank account)

If you don't have a Danish bank account, please follow this guide on how to enter your bank details manually.

First, log in to your account on Ticketmaster.dk under the "Sign In/Register" option in the top right-hand side. 

1. Once you are logged in, click on "My Profile" and "Profile Details". In the left-hand menu, click on "Seller Details" and scroll down to the Bank Account Details section. Click on the "Edit" button.

2. Under "BANK DETAILS", click on "Upload a document"

3. Upload your Bank Statement following the on screen instructions.

4. Click on Upload when you are done.

Now our payment provider Adyen will verify the bank details which can take a few days to complete.
